Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery takes approximately 2–7 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

We offer complimentary returns within Europe.

Please contact us before returning an item at returns@nawa.com, including your order number and the email address used for your purchase.

Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition with all original tags attached and in the original packaging.

As an independent label, we produce in limited quantities and encourage mindful purchasing to reduce unnecessary waste.
